Unified calendar

Every property, every channel, one calendar

Hostibly puts your whole portfolio in one vacation rental multi calendar. Each property gets a row, each stay is colour-coded by the channel that booked it, and Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Stayz and your direct bookings all sit in the same grid. Two listings or forty, the month reads the same way.

Month viewShowing 5 of 40 listings

One month, managed three ways

  • Monday, 8am

    Five browser tabs

Open Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com in separate tabs and reconcile last week by eye.

    A spreadsheet

Copy the new confirmations out of five emails and into the rows.

    The Hostibly calendar

Open one calendar. Every stay from the weekend is already coloured and placed.

  • A Vrbo booking lands

    Five browser tabs

Copy the dates into the other four channels before somebody else books them.

    A spreadsheet

Type the dates in and hope nobody booked in the meantime.

    The Hostibly calendar

The dates block on every channel through the outbound iCal feed.

  • A gap opens next month

    Five browser tabs

Compare availability across tabs, one property at a time.

    A spreadsheet

Scroll and squint at the conditional formatting.

    The Hostibly calendar

The gap is blank space in the row, sitting between colour-coded stays.

  • Friday turnovers

    Five browser tabs

Rebuild the cleaning list from check-out times inside each app.

    A spreadsheet

Filter the sheet, count the rows, message the cleaners yourself.

    The Hostibly calendar

Each stay has already raised its turnover task and its invoice.

  • Listing 11 comes online

    Five browser tabs

Another calendar to check, another set of credentials to store.

    A spreadsheet

Another block of rows and another tab in the workbook.

    The Hostibly calendar

One more row in the same grid, up to the limit on your plan.

Everything the calendar carries

One row per property
From a second cottage to a forty unit portfolio, every listing occupies the same month grid.
The channel mix, visible
Colour-coding shows where each stay came from, so you can see how much of the month you filled yourself.
Direct bookings in the same grid
A booking on your own site lands beside the OTA stays and blocks their dates through the outbound feed.
Turnover tasks per stay
A stay can raise its own cleaning task and assign the team member who owns it.
An invoice per stay
The same booking can issue and send its own tax invoice with your business details.
Overlap alerts
If two channels sell the same dates inside a refresh window, Hostibly flags the overlap the moment it receives both bookings.

Five tabs become one calendar

  1. Step 1

    Paste your iCal links in

Copy the calendar export URL from Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com and Stayz, and add each one to its matching listing. The first import backfills every future reservation.

  2. Step 2

    Publish the feed back out

Copy the outbound Hostibly link into each channel. That closes the loop, so direct bookings and owner blocks hold on every platform.

  3. Step 3

Let the bookings do the admin

Each stay colours itself by channel, raises its cleaning task and issues its invoice. You read the month instead of rebuilding it.

Portfolios running on one calendar

Loved by superhosts, co-hosts and property managers
  • I was a bit skeptical at first, but the setup service from Hostibly really delivered. All 14 listings were live in less than a month, and now my site genuinely reflects my brand and style.

  • Hostibly has made running my business a lot easier. The cleaner scheduling especially saves me a ton of time. Direct bookings have also helped me keep more repeat customers. It's nice not losing money to fees.

  • We've booked over $50k directly through our website in eight months with Hostibly. Unsurprisingly, local businesses love booking directly because our prices are better, and we offer discounts for longer stays.

What is a vacation rental multi calendar?
It is one calendar that holds every property you manage and every channel you list on, instead of a separate calendar for each listing inside each platform. Each property gets a row, each stay is coloured by the channel it came from, and the whole month fits on one screen. Hostibly builds it from the iCal feeds your channels already publish, so there is no API application and no migration project.
Can I combine my Airbnb and Vrbo calendars in one view?
Yes. Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com and Stayz each publish an iCal feed of your booked dates. Hostibly subscribes to all of them and lays the stays side by side in the same grid, colour-coded by source. Your direct bookings land in the same grid too, in their own colour.
How many listings can the calendar handle?
The view itself has no row limit. Hosts run two listings on it and hosts run more than forty, in the same month grid. What decides your count is the plan: Solo covers up to 10 listings, Team up to 25, and Enterprise covers custom counts. See the pricing page for the current breakdown.
How much does the multi calendar cost?
The calendar is part of your Hostibly plan, not a separate add-on, and every plan includes it. Solo covers up to 10 listings, Team up to 25, and Enterprise is quoted for custom counts. The Team plan starts with a 14 day free trial and no card required, which is enough time to connect every channel and read a full month on it.
Does every booking really create its own cleaning task and invoice?
It can. A stay on the calendar can raise its own turnover task, assign the team member who owns it, and issue and send the tax invoice with your business details. Nothing there is a separate product you bolt on later. The booking already carries the dates, the guest and the money, so the work hangs off it.
Is the calendar updated in real time?
No, and no iCal-based calendar can be. Hostibly pulls each channel feed in and pushes its own feed back out, but the channels decide how often they refresh, which happens on their schedule rather than yours. When two bookings do land on the same dates inside that window, Hostibly flags the overlap as soon as it receives both, so you hear about it from us and not from a guest.
How is this different from Guesty's multi calendar?
Guesty connects to the big channels by API and is pitched at professional property management companies, with onboarding and pricing to match. Hostibly syncs over iCal and is built for hosts and small portfolios: you can connect every listing yourself in an afternoon, and the plans are priced where small portfolios live rather than where they aspire to. If you need enterprise reporting and direct API integrations, Guesty is the stronger fit. If you need every listing on one screen this week, this is the shorter path.
